Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or store credit only. Shipping is non refundable. All items must be received back to us within 7 days of receipt. All returns will need to have a RA# (return authorization). Please call 650-342-7171 or email sales@zenysboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt of your product to receive your RA # Clothing needs to have all attached original tags on them, no exceptions. Shipping is non refundable. You are responsible for return shipping. We will not accept COD deliveries and please insure your package as we will not be responsible for lost goods.We understand that when ordering clothes online without trying them on, the fit or appearance is sometimes not as expected.
