RETURN POLICY
All returns will be in the form of store credit or exchange only. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances . All items must be received back to us within 7 days of receipt. All returns will need to have a RA# (return authorization). Please call 650-342-7171 or email sales@zenysboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt of your product to receive your RA # .We will refuse any package sent back to us without an RA# .Clothing will need to have all original tags attached , no exceptions. Shipping is non refundable. If you received free shipping at time of purchase you will be credited for the item you return minus the cost of the free shipping! You are responsible for return shipping. We will not accept COD deliveries and please insure your package as we will not be responsible for lost goods. REFUSED OR ABANDONED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WHATSOEVER
