Free Shipping on orders over $99 to United States

All orders over $99 to continental United States get free UPS ground shipping with insurance. We ship to all parts of Europe via UPS international. Please email us if you have any questions on shipping and when products will be shipped out. When we have the piece of apparel in stock we normally ship out the same business day or early next business day.

Clothing can be returned for store credit or exchange only. All items must be received back to us within 7 days of receipt. All returns will need to have a  RA# (return authorization). Please call 650-342-7171 or email sales@zenysboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt of your product to receive your RA # .Clothing needs to have all attached original tags on them, no exceptions. Shipping is non refundable. You are responsible for return shipping. We will not accept COD deliveries and please insure your package as we will not be responsible for lost goods.
